About Us

Breakfast at Tiffany’s is proud to be a beloved local diner in the heart of San Francisco’s Portola neighborhood.

A counter complete with swivel chairs lines one side of our dining room. The other is lined with photos celebrating our diner’s long history, which dates back to 1978.

With our warm, welcoming environment and hearty menu, there’s a reason we have become a popular gathering spot and have earned a loyal and enthusiastic following for almost 40 years. Portions are generous, people are friendly, and everyone feels at home at Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

For breakfast, feast on traditional diner fare, such as pancakes, omelets, and plates brimming with fried eggs, strips of bacon and mounds of hash browns. There is also an array of tater tot skillets, riffs on the popular eggs Benedict, and much more. For lunch, Breakfast at Tiffany’s is the perfect place for a sandwich, such as the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, a hearty salad, or a burger, which could be topped with a fried egg, bacon or caramelized onions.

We reopened Breakfast at Tiffany’s in November 2014, and are proud to continue the long tradition of service established by prior owner, Gerald “Gerry” Adan, who presided over the griddle starting in 1978, and named the diner after his niece, Tiffany. A portrait of Gerry and Tiffany now takes a pride of place in our dining room, and Chef Dennis Baca, who worked with Gerry for years, is still behind the stove at Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Welcome to Breakfast at Tiffany’s — a traditional diner with hearty portions, cooked with care.
